Prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 large avocados, pitted and diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2 roma tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, finely sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
- salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, slightly mash avocado. Stir in lime juice to stop avocado from turning brown. Stir in garlic, green onions, jalapeno, cilantro, salt and pepper. Stir in tomatoes.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
